I had a great stay at the Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring New Orleans, with art galleries, restaurants, and the French Quarter all within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, though some facilities, like dining, could use some improvement. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a mixed experience at the Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being just a short walk to the French Quarter. However, the condition of the rooms and some hotel areas left much to be desired. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but a few service aspects, like the restaurant experience and cleanliness, fell short of expectations.

Rooms

The room was large and stylish, but I found the carpet old and in need of cleaning. The bathroom could use some updates, with missing grout and a shower head that didn't stay put.

While the staff was generally friendly, my encounter at the restaurant left me unimpressed. There was a lack of warmth from the hostess, which detracted from the overall service experience.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel. While the location was fantastic and offered a spacious room, I faced several inconveniences that dampened my experience. The valet service was disappointing as they damaged my vehicle, and I had some issues with the shower that affected my sleep. Overall, I enjoyed some aspects, but the negatives left me feeling let down. 😕🌆

I really liked the location of the Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel; it was perfect for walking to restaurants and attractions. However, my stay wasn’t without issues. The pool was disappointing and not heated as advertised, making it hard for my kids to enjoy it. Housekeeping had some glaring misses, which detracted from my overall experience.

Rooms

The room I was in needed better attention to detail, like ensuring it was cleaned properly. On top of that, I had reservation issues that caused my key to reset multiple times, which was annoying.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful, but there were hiccups. I had to specifically ask for things that should have been sorted out before my arrival.
Location
9.0
The location could not be better. I enjoyed taking walks to the nearby art galleries and restaurants. It felt close enough to experience the action without being too loud.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the hotel restaurant was pleasant and the food was good, but I did wish for better service speed.

My stay at the Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location is spot on for exploring the city, the room I got was showing age with some maintenance issues. Service was a mixed bag; some staff were helpful, but my experience with check-in was frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're in the area, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room felt outdated with maintenance issues like loose hinges and aging grout. I also experienced noise from the bathroom and walls, which didn't make for a peaceful stay.
